TCC is a Wisconsin based application development company providing computer technology services to Fortune 500 companies. This project included the first and subsequent phase of a technology oriented 23,000 s.f. corporate headquarters. The narrow straight layout of the tenant suites and building orientation connects the tenant with pastoral views of pleasant wooded hills, kettles, and moraines and brings natural daylight deep inside the building.
